The effect of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder on children brushing habits, plaque index, and caries indices in children

Aim: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect attention deficit hyperactivity disorder on children's caries indices, plaque scores, and brushing habits in children aged 5-17 years.
 Methodology: A total 100 (39 with 61 healthy children) were included study. index, decay-missed-filled primary tooth (dmf-t) permanent (DMF-T) index values evaluated by clinical examination. using Silness Loe Plaque Index. Patient forms examined habits.
 Results: When survey data examined, number who brushed their teeth higher than that (p<0.05). dental visit treatment rates similar both groups (p>0.05). There no significant difference between two terms dmf-t DMF-T scores (p>0.05).
 Conclusion: Children observed neglect oral care routines more counterparts; however, did not affect values.
